Working Principle:

The 10-pair-cable connection series module consists of a piece of PC plastic "basic body" and two poieces of "glands". On the body clamp strips of U type and a blade for cutting wires are mounted. On one side of the body there are test jacks.

According to the standard of IEC the colors of wires are: white, red, black, yellow, purple, blue, orange, green, brown and grey. 10 pairs of wires are normally arranged and lined in a slot, a gland is put on, a HJMGA module pressing-connecting tool is hydraulically operated. In operation outer insulation layers of wires wear out, the core wires are inlaid between the clamp strip of U type and residual ends of wires are cut off by the blade. Connection of wires with a module is completed.
